These are two walled oven where vacuum is between the two walls of the unit which are filled with superior grade glass wool to stop the thermal loss. To control the temperature range from ambient to 150 degree C, a digital temperature controller with and accuracy of +1is also provided with this unit. This unit also consists of vacuum gauge, display screen made of toughened glass and shelf. The appliance works on 220/230 volts AC current.
